If you purchased from us as a consumer and your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.


BEFORE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED

 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can submit a cancellation request directly from your customer account.

 

1. Sign in to your customer account.

2. Open the relevant order.

3. Select Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. You'll receive an email confirming that we've received your request.

 

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. We'll review your request and confirm the outcome by email.

 

AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED

 

If your order has already been delivered, you can request a return through your customer account during the applicable return period.

 

1. Sign in to your customer account.

2. Open the relevant order.

3. Select Return and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. You'll receive an email confirming that we've received your request.

 

Once we review your request, we'll provide instructions for returning your items, if applicable.

 

REFUNDS

 

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process any eligible refund in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
