This microlot is defined by the San Diego mill’s signature yellow honey process, where the mucilage is left on the bean during sun-drying to intensify the natural sugars and artisanal character. Hand-picked at the peak of harvest, these carefully cured cherries result in an indulgent, refined cup with a signature sweetness.
