A new favorite of ours for filter, this easy drinker makes for a bright and juicy cup. We taste red currant and rhubarb notes with medium acidity. Kinini is a woman-led project where 85% of members are female farmers, rooted in a strong, community-driven vision. In 2012, nearly half a million Bourbon Mayaguez 139 trees were planted, alongside new roads to help farmers deliver cherries on time. Coffee is carefully fermented, then dried on individually marked raised beds for full traceability. Satellite monitoring tracks tree health, and 10% of proceeds support a local school and health center.
